Learning from Children

Even if you’ve stumbled on this before, it’s worth a second look:

Maybe if grownups could all do what he does in concert halls we would go there more often.  Who says listening to music isn’t a physical experience?  In addition to showing us how much fun this stuff really is, he illustrates the Alexander technique principles of alignment: how free and buoyant your body can be when your head doesn’t weight you down.  He also elegantly solves the issue of what conductors can do when they have an itchy nose.
